Mr. Goldstein serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kingstone Insurance Company. Mr. Goldstein serves as the President at Payments Inc. He served as the Treasurer of Kingstone Companies, Inc., since May 2001 until August 2013 and as its Principal Accounting Officer until August 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kingstone Companies, Inc., from March 2001 to November 14, 2007 and again until August 1, 2009. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of DCAP Group Inc. He served as the President of AIA Acquisition Corp., which operates insurance agencies in Pennsylvania since April 1997. He served as President of Stone Equities, a consulting firm since 1982. Mr. Goldstein received his BA and MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo and a Certified Public Accountant since 1979.
