According to the IRS ruling IRS pub 1771, IRS pub 526, and 26 US Code § 170: “a donation to a charitable organization is considered an irrevocable gift.”

We appreciate all the contributions received, and due to IRS regulations as noted above, we ask that you validate your order, as donations are not refundable. If you have submitted an order by mistake or made an error in the amount of your donation, please call (631) 981-4364 immediately so that we can void the order. Please note that any request for a void may incur processing fees. Voids can only be processed on the same day as the donation and must be received by 5pm eastern time. Thank you.
